Awstats error

July 1, 2007 · Filed Under Web Hosting Control Panels · Comments

Hi,

I am receiving the below error while updating the AwStats manually (using “Update Now” link):

Error: Couldn’t open server log file “C:\Domains\domain.com\logs\W3SVC2362\ex070630.log” : No such file or directory Setup (‘c:\awstats\wwwroot\cgi-bin/awstats.domain.conf’ file, web server or permissions) may be wrong. Check config file, permissions and AWStats documentation (in ‘docs’ directory).

Thanks,

Scott

April 6, 2007 · Filed Under Web Hosting Control Panels · Comments

Hello,

I am using the HELM control panel with Windows 2003 server. Is it possible to disable manually Awstats update link for a domain. I do not want to allow all users to update the stats manully through “Update now” link.

Thanks,

Tim
