enable AwStats for a domain

April 6, 2007 · Filed Under Web Hosting Control Panels

Hello,

I am using the HELM control panel with Windows 2003 server. Is it possible to disable manually Awstats update link for a domain. I do not want to allow all users to update the stats manully through “Update now” link.

Thanks,

Tim

    Hello Tim,

If you will set AllowToUpdateStatsFromBrowser = 0 in ‘awstats.domain.com.conf’ file (generally it is in ‘awstats\wwwroot\cgi-bin\’ on the server) then you will not able to see ‘Update now’ link in statistica page.

    Thanks,
